Pumpkin Carving!!
Porter had his buddy Kai over so we decided to carve the pumpkin for a little fun! Porter LOVED it, but you can probably tell what Kai thought of it just from his face! haha.
Kai kept saying "Yuucky!" and refused to stick his hand inside. haha.

I guess its true that boys eat more than girls!! Atleast this is the case with my kiddos! Porter has literally been eating me out of house and home. He must be going through some MAJOR growth spurt because man, this kid can pack away food like no kid I have EVER seen! He will seriously eat just as much as me...if not MORE! We grill him a full chicken breast, and he will be begging more off my mine and Kameron's plate at dinner. I think it might be easier to just tip the table and let it all just slide in his mouth!
Did I mention this kid will eat ANYTHING!? He loves meat of all kind. Chicken, steak, meatloaf, meatballs, fish, ham, you name it..he'll eat it. In this picture he was eating Clam Chowder with Kameron and LOVING it! What two year old likes CLam Chowder?! And he was also eating my spinich salad, and loving that too. There is not much that I put in front of him that he wont eat. I think the only thing he has turned down is a quesadilla. I know...the staple of every two year old's diet. But not my kid, he wants his meat and potatoes! We love you Porter man, appetite and all!!
Then there is little Miss Anastyn! She HATED the rice cereal, which I posted before. But lets be honest...who could blame her. But I thought she would be more excited about the new yummy food she now gets to partake. Well, not so much.....
Apparently its not as tasty as the usual, popcicles and sweets she charms off Daddy! She kept spitting it out, and not wanting to eat it. She still only takes 5 ounces in her bottle every 3-4 hours. Porter at this age was pounding 6-8 ounces AND baby food. He would scream because we couldnt shovel it in fast enough. Goes to show the difference between little boys and little girls. I have to say, I would much rather my boy be the tank!

Our 2nd Home!
We went to my family's cabin in Pinetop on Kameron's days off two weeks in a row. The first week we went with our friends the Buckmister's, and then the second week we went so Kameron could help my dad repair the roof, and help with some other projects.
While the boys were working, this is what the girls did inside!! Got ready and went to lunch with my friend Tera! LOVE HER!! We had so much fun and laughed so hard. Thanks Girlie for lunch!!
Beautiful Baby Sister! I LOVE this beanie, I bought it when I was pregnant with Porter before I knew it was a boy, and have held onto it so that one day my little girl could wear it. I am thrilled that this winter she fits into it!
After hard work, Porter lounging with Daddy before bed!!
Daddy and his kiddos! They LOVE their daddy! This was after a day trip to St Johns to visit and hang out with Kameron's family. Porter had a blast with his Uncles as always!
And he crashed so hard he wasnt even laying on his bed...he was in the corner of the room on the floor next to his bed of pillows!! Silly boy!!
This is from the week before, the boys were jumping on the top bunk, and Aaron went to take care of it...
You can see Porter about to pee his pants he was so scared of Aaron. haha. It looks like Aaron is being mean, but if you know him...you know that he isnt. I always laugh at how Porter reacts to Aaron. Even though Aaron teases him like this, Porter still loves him...how does that even work?! lol
Porter and Kai Kai played NON-STOP and had so much fun! Their energy even made it to the toilet and some other things which resulted in two baths within 12 hours! haha. I love these two together.
Riding Mr. Bear!!
And of course, anytime Porter would disappear we would find him in the garage on the 4-wheeler asking "Where da Keys!!?" So Daddy took him for a little ride around the block. Porter loves his 4-wheelers!

Thanks Aaron and Heidi for coming to the cabin with us, and thanks to my Dad for all the hospitality the next week. Kameron and I are already thinking about when we can go up again!!!!

Phoenix Zoo
Phoenix Zoo was offering free admission every weds in September, so my old friend Sonya came up from Tucson with her son Maximus to go to the Zoo with Porter and I! Kameron had the day off, so he offered to keep the baby at home. It was so fun to get out with just Porter and spend the day at the Zoo.
